Refund and Returns

Thank you for shopping at InFengShui. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes there may be a need to return or exchange an item.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact our customer service team at contact@infengshui.com to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
